I’m Mr. Manning. In this course I am going to get you started on the path to programming, by showing you how to code a basic website. This website is going to be live on the internet so that you can show it off. You are going to learn the fundamentals of the languages HTML and CSS, these are simple languages that will help you transition to the more complex coding languages, used for game and app development.

Before we start building a website, we are going to talk a little bit about the internet, and computers, and coding in general. Because part of being a good coder is understanding the technology you are using, and being able to think like the computer.
